This is still a let-down in my opinion. Most have that soft rubber nib that seems to drag on the screen and doesn’t truly mimic the feeling of a pen/pencil. Any options out there? I’m not concerned about price as much as having something that doesn’t make me want to pull out my hair while using due to the feeling of pull on the screen.

…and something other than my finger too. :)

Also, when trying to make a mark from the outside of the page in, the app often thinks I want to turn the page, which gets frustrating quickly. For powerful drawing with simple (and excellent) UI, try ProCreate – the name of the app is the worst part of it ;). Here is a link to a sketch I made with ProCreate. Not a writing app, but for drawing and painting, it rocks.
